Duplicate product code appear on Management Console
Environment:
6.5.6 SAP B1
Symptoms:
Duplicate product code appear on Management Console
Problem statement:
Duplicate product code was showing on Product search. We noticed from these items one item is created from Enterprise and second one created from Store by using Import Utility.
Resolution/Work Around:
Issue is only reported on dated version iVend version 6.5 Update 6 and is not noticed on the latest branch of iVend release available for the production use so suggested to apply the latest patch from portal.
Recommendations/Suggestion:
Suggested to create product from one place either Enterprise or Store.
