Drawer Count Window Not Appearing in POS

Environment: 

iVend Retail 6.6 7989 & SAP Business One 9.3


Problem statement:  

Drawer Count window not showing after login in POS.


Symptoms: 

“Count Required on Assign”


Resolution/Work Around:  

Follow below steps to solve the issue.


1: Login in Problematic POS store management console.


2: Go to: Operations Tab >> Till Management >>> Click on TILL.


3: Map the “Count Required on Assign” as Mandatory


Recommendations /Suggestion:

If the solution doesn’t work, do not perform any transaction at POS. Delete Master TILL and TILL create new till with “Count Required on Assign”.
