Discount Not Applying on POS

Problem Statement

Discount not applying on POS.

Issue Detail

Special Price for Business Partner configured in SAP Business One with 5% discount, it is successfully integrated with Store MC however the discount is not applying on POS.

“Use BP Price List For Retail” check box is checked on BP Master.


Special Price replicated at store.


However, the same discount is not applying on POS, check below.

Solution

Make sure the price list which on which you have applied the discount that should be map on the BP Master to solve the issue, check below image for the reference.
