iVend 6.6  integrated With SAPB1

Problem Statement: 

Difference between Gift Certificate Income A/C account in Retail Settings and credit card account for Gift certificate in SAP B1.

 

 


Symptoms:

NA

Resolution/Work Around:

Gift Certificate Income A/C is used to post a Journal Entry for the balance amount when a Gift Certificate expires however, Credit Card account is used for posting GC Sale and GC payments.
