No proper upgrade files available at the DBUpgrader folder under the below path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\DBUpgrader\ iVendDBUpgrader.exe

At this path we found the iVendDBUpgrader.exe file which has size 0 KB.

As per discussion with the Dev Team (Salil and Santosh) below are the details:

iVendDBUpgrader.exe file available at this path C:\Program Files (x86)\CitiXsys\iVend Retail\DBUpgrader\ iVendDBUpgrader.exe has size 0 KB. This file is intentionally kept like this. 

Reason:

This path cannot be left blank (Setup needs this folder and file to be here else it will fail) 

The setup files cannot be provided here (as size of these files are approx 150 MB, which will increase the size of setup more which is already on the higher side).
