Customer's are not receiving SMS, after a sales transaction

Product Query:
After a sales transaction, SMS should be triggered to customers.
After the completion of the EOD process, an EOD SMS should be triggered to MD.
Response:
The requested functionalities do not exist in iVend.
Query:
After a sales transaction, SMS should be triggered to customers.
Response:
For a normal customer, we can send a Transaction Receipt to the customer's email only. For Loyalty customers, it is possible to send the SMS, Email notifications.
Query:
After the completion of the EOD process, an EOD SMS should be triggered to MD.
Response:
This is also not possible to trigger on completion of EOD and cannot send SMS.
1. We can schedule a Query job to send an email on a predefined schedule, if EOD completes normally around a specific time, for example, daily 11 PM.
2. Alternatively we can use the Alert Notification feature.
