Customer Created in Magento Doesn't integrate to iVend.

Problem statement: 

Customer Created in Magento Doesn’t integrate to iVend. 

Cause: 

Possible cause is the default setting for customer integration. If Create Customer in iVend is selected as “On First order” in iVend Magento Settings then such issue can appear.

Resolution:  

​Follow the below steps:

 - First of all check if integration between Magento and iVend is working Fine. If not then it has to be fixed first.

Once normal integration from Magento to iVend is working but only customers not  integrating then check below configuration

- Go to iVend Magento Connection Manager > iVend Settings > Default settings

Check the setting “Create Customer in iVend” .

- If is selected as “On First order” then it means that the customer will integrate to iVend only when First order is Made for this customer.

So if such configuration is not needed then change the value to “All Orders”.
