Environment: iVend Retail 6.6 7989
Problem statement: Currency symbol changed in System Display Setting at iVend Enterprise, however same currency symbol not applying at POS.
Symptoms : Configuration issue.
Resolution/Work Around: Follow below steps to solve the problem.
1: Login in iVend Management Console at Head Office, open Enterprise Settings.
2: Check Culture information.
3: Go to: Administration >> Financial >> Currency. Open Base Currency in Edit Mode.
4: Match Culture Informtion on Currency Sysmbol with Enterprise Culture Information.
Both Culture information should same.
5: If Culture information not same, apply the correct culture information in both window “Enterprise” & “Currency” restart Point of Sale to apply changes.
