Coupon is getting applied only for 1 line item in the Sale transaction
Problem: -
Coupon is getting applied only for 1 line item in the Sale transaction. How can we use the same coupon for all the line items in the same transaction?
Solution: -
As per above screenshot coupon is configured to give a discount of 5% on one item only. In given screenshot Applicable Quantity is equal to 1. Therefore, the coupon is being applied to only 1 item.
Applicable quantity: - Applicable Quantity is the number of product(s) on which the coupon discount would be applied at the POS.
We suggest, please open the coupon and changed the Applicable Quantity as per your business requirement.
choose Operations > Pricing and Promotion > Coupon
