Integration Service status Report on email
In iVend this it is feasible to get an email alert about integration record status. We'll review the basic setting for this feature here. One can receive the Integration status report on email id, where he/she can see the status of success and failure from ivend to SAP B1 and SAP B1 to ivend as per the Screenshot.
To achieve this you need to do below Configurations.
I. Configure Integration service from iVend configuration Manger.
1). Go in Configuration Manager and launch Integration Service configuration window and fill all the required details in the EMAIL tab as per below Screen.
In the filed “Time Interval between emails(hours)” value entered is the hour difference to trigger the Email.
II.Schedular Manager.
A schedule has to be set up in the Scheduler Manager.
1). Go in the scheduler manager from the below path and fill the required detail as per the business requirement. Path for same is below :
MC > Administration > Application Setup > Scheduler Manager.
In the source field we have to select as "TransactionIntegrationFailure - Transaction Integration Failure" for reports of Integration status.
Save the schedule and keep the scheduler service started. With all settings in place and scheduler service running, email should get trigger.
