Problem statement:
How to configure auto generate serial number for transaction.
Proposed Solution/Workaround:
We can Define the Document Number Series for various transaction types to generate Serial numbers automatically from Management Console from below path.
Steps :
Step 1. Open Management Console and select tab Administration.
Step 2. Open System Initialization tab and select Document Number Series.
Step 3. Fill the Store, POS Document Type and other parameters as required.
Step 4. Click on the Active check box and then click on ok.
