Communication Settings TEST EMAIL not working

Problem Statement

Unable to Test Email in Communication Setting iVend Retail.

1: Login in iVend Retail Management Console.

2: Go to: Administration Tab >> Communication Settings >> Click on Test Email button.

3: Enter the valid email address and click on OK button.

Error: Below error appeared while trying to Test Email.


Solution

Try following steps to solve the problem.

1: Make sure SMTP details (Server Host) should be correct in iVend Communication settings

2: User Password Should be correct.

3: Uncheck the Enable SSL and try to Test Email
