iVend 6.6 with SAPB1 9.2


Problem statement:

How to check the voided items from the POS?


Symptoms:

Users make one voided transaction on iVend POS and need to check on the POS screen as well.


Resolution/Work Around:

  • iVend POS doesn't show the Voided Sales or Voided items and Users can check the same information on iVend MC Standard Report "Void Sales" . It displays the detailed information on Store MC Report.

  • iVend Admin users can provide the permission to view this report.


Recommendations/Suggestion:

​ Users can customize the report using iVend MC Report Designer as per customer requirement if the customer requires some other fields or format of the report.
