Problem Statement:

As per the business and integration requirements, the customer need to change the UOM group for all products.

Symptoms:

It was noticed that the Customer’s ERP and its integration with iVend is handled by the customer itself.

Proposed Solution:

In such an integrated landscape, the master updates (like updating UOM Group) are managed by the ERP side. 

Therefore, it's crucial to coordinate any changes in the master setup and integration with your ERP partner and your integration team.

Suggestion:

For any such changes in configuration/master setup, we recommend customer to thoroughly test in your DEV/QA setups before implementing them in the production environment. This approach ensures that any potential issues are identified and addressed before affecting live operations.
