Cash Drawer Opens For Custom Payment Type
Environment :
iVend Version 6.6
Problem Statement :
Customer has informed the issue that cash drawer is opening for custom type
payments 'PayPal' and 'Paynow' , ‘Visa’ and ‘MasterCard's’.
Symptoms :
Configuration Issue for POS Operation.
Resolution/Workaround :
We have unchecked Open Drawer On Transaction Complete field and
saved the retail profile. Again did the sale transaction using custom payment type 'PayPal' and cash
drawer did not opened it. We have checked for Cash Payment type also and it is working fine and cash
drawer opens.
