Problem

Cash drawer does not work when we  installed the advanced driver for the EPSON TM-T88V printer


Possible cause

When We uninstalling the OPOS driver and try to installed the advanced driver for the EPSON TM-T88V printer


Resolution / Suggestion

we cannot control windows drivers, also we have no other option to use the cash drawer when we are printing receipts in windows format. This is the reason we recommend OPOS compatible devices. Still, we suggest printing the XML format on the OPOS printer to have proper control on the cash drawer.
