Can't see Management Console

Can't see Management Console

Environment :

iVend 6.6 ( not version specific)

Problem Statement:

When Launched management console, it shows management console selection screen. However no Management Console record to select.

Symptoms:

Cause:

Informed to customer that this issue generally happens when all Management console entries are occupied (linked with machine Ids) in the production server and customer use the iVend sql backup of the same system to setup iVend to a new machine. In such situation, no MC remains available for selection in the new set up.

Solution:

1)On the Production Server check the entries of existing Management console entries which already occupied.
2)Remove the Hardware Id of the previous machine (Production Server) and give new setup ID on which the system upgraded.
3) Once done, then take the backup of the iVend and use the backup to set up the new test machine.
