Can't import data getting an error "String was not recognized as a valid date time."

Problem Statement:-

Getting an error when trying to import promotion data , getting an error "String was not recognized as a valid date time."

Details:-

We have  exported the promotion template from the actual productive environment and I tried to import it in the new environment, but the next error comes: 

String was not recognized as a valid date time.

Solution:-

Change the date format from system display setting

We exported the data in data format dd/mm/yy but we are importing the data to the system where the date format is on mm/dd/yy/ .

For this we need to change the date format according to requirement .
