Environment:
iVend 6.6
Problem Statement:
The customer reported that they have some promotional items with discounts and are not able to do the sales refund for promotional items.
The below error is coming.
“Can not refund this item as promotion was applied on this.”
Symptoms:
The "Refund for promotion item" option in the Retail Profile was unchecked.
Proposed Solution:
Make sure “Refund for Promotional Items” should be checked in the retail profile.
Do not select the promotion line while selecting the item for refund; if the promotion is selected, it will show the error.
