Buttons Show Dark Blue for Receipt Printing Choice

Problem Statement

The buttons at the Select Printer option in iVend 6.6.8285 are an aggressively dark blue. This makes them difficult to see for employees with vision disabilities.

Environment

iVend 6.6.8285

Symptoms:

           The buttons at the Select Printer option are a dark blue color.
  • The color contrast between the buttons and the background is low.
  • Employees with vision disabilities have difficulty seeing the buttons.

Resolution

There is no way to change the color of the buttons at the Select Printer option in iVend 6.6.8285. This is because the color of the buttons is hard-coded in the application.
