Issue:
Not able to login to Point of Sale (POS), getting an error message "Business date is different from
System date. User not allowed to login, please contact manager", below the screenshot of the error:
Solution:
From the Retail Profile enable the login if the system date & business date are different.
Below are the steps:
1) Go to HO MC >> Administration >> Retail Configuration >> Retail Profile >> Select the option "Allow
login if Business date is not same as current date"
Below is the screenshot of the same:
After enabling the above option, restart the MC and POS, after the user should be able to login to POS
even though when the business date and current dates are different.
