Batch item is updated in SAP but the updated information does not integrate with the iVend.
Environment :
iVend 6.6 with SAP B1
Problem Statement :
Batch item is updated in SAP but the updated information does not integrate with the iVend.
Scenario: Above issue is face only in the SAP B1+ HANA landscape. If SAP B1 setup with SQL server this issue does not happen.
Symptom:
As an example, if the Expiration date/ Admission date is updated for any batch item in SAP, then this updated information does not reflect in iVend.
Resolution/Work Around :
In HANA environment, if the batch information is needed to be updated from the “Batch Management” window,, please follow below detailed steps for that :
Steps
1. Open "Batch Management" in SAP.
3. After clicking 'OK', the Batch Management update window will open. Then, select the batch and click the on “sync” button.
