Available Redeemable Currency is not matching with the Available points for the customer

Problem Statement:

Even though customer has more points available to redeem, but Available currency to redeem is showing lesser value.

Details:

As per below screenshot, customer has total 280 points awarded and Loyalty Level setup, he should have Available Redeemable currency as below -

280 * (25/500)

= 14 $

But here it is shown 13.75 $

Proposed Solution/ Workaround:

Available Redeemable Currency depends on "Redemption In Multiples Of" value set for Loyalty Level.

So even if customer has 280 points, total Redeemable on the basis of above highlighted value, 25, customer can only redeem maximum of 275 points. So based on that,

280 * (25/500)

= 13.75 $

which is correct.

If full points needs to be set as redeemable all at once, then please set "Redemption In Multiples Of" value as 0 under Loyalty level.
