 We would like to know if there is any configuration so that a coupon can be applied more than once to a line in the same transaction.

Response

We have checked and verified below scenario on iVend Retail 6.6 with latest patch  and it is working as per expectation. 
 
Below are the conditions for how coupon is working in iVend Retail 6.6: 

1. Multiple Coupon is getting applied on single line item with multiple qty, not one qty. 
2. A coupon is getting applied more than once to a line item in the transaction with multiple qty. 
3. Multiple coupon can not be applied on single line item with one quantity. 
4. A coupon can not be applied more than once to a line item in the transaction with one qty.
