Amount Mismatch in Reports between HO and Store

Environment: 

iVend 6.5 update 6 with SAP B1 9.3

 

Problem Statement:  

DIFFERENCE IN REPORT

 

Symptoms:  

DIFFERENCE IN Tender collection By POS report between HO and store


Resolution/Work Around:  

The issue occurred as replication events got skipped for some transactions from Store towards the store.

 

To resolve, matched the reports between HO and Store by inserting the missing records on HO from Store with the help of SQL queries.
