Allow Special Pricelist Date Range Overlapping on Retail Profile

At the time of defined date range message appeared on special price list "To Date is conflicting with the other date range defined for the product”

There is parameter provided in Retail setting->Allow Special Price List Date Range Overlapping
A user can now create a date-based price range for within a previously defined date range, for example, if a date range from 17-07-2026 to 31-12-9999 is defined, then a new date range from 20-08-2026 to 20-08-2026 can be added based on the retail profile's new setting "Allow Special Pricelist Date Range Overlapping."
