Alert Notification not working

Environment: 

Not Environment Specific

Problem Statement:

The Alert Notification configured correct. However, the user is not receiving the notifications.

Solution:

Please check below steps: -
1. Please check iVend scheduler service. It should be running.
2. Go to Windows services and restart the iVend scheduler service.

3.  In case you are using Enterprise Scheduler service. Then you need to uncheck the checkbox "Use Store Scheduler Service". This checkbox should be checked only when the store scheduler service has to be used for processing the Alert notification.
Administration > Retail Configuration > Store
4. iVend sends the last 5 days report/receipt/notification only. So, please make sure your business date and system date should be same.
