After making a quotation in POS and customer is not able to convert this transaction in SALE
Problem Statement
After making a quotation in POS and the customer is not able to convert this transaction in SALE, the button "Convert to sale" appears deactivated.
Proposed Solution
Suggest to check the parameter Support Multiple Transaction Type Mode on Enterprise and enable "Allow Fractional Quantity" in Item master
Settings
Multiple Transaction Type Mode
This setting gives the flexibility to the user to set up the POS system for allowing multiple transaction types in a single transaction. For example, you can do the sales and sale refunds in a single transaction.
Set this flag if you want to allow the cashier to do multiple types of transaction in a single transaction at POS.
Allow Fractional Quantity
Select this option for products that can be sold in fractions. For example, Weighed items would be sold in fractional quantity.
