Problem statement:- After entering the id and  password not able to enter in the main screen of POS but the below  screen is displayed in which “clock in” , “break in” and“ok button” is disabled

.

Root cause :-   If the ”transactionEntry” check box of the concerned user is unchecked , user will not able to log in to POS .

Proposed solution:-   While creating the user make sure that “transaction entry “ check box is checked.

Note:- TRANSACTION ENTRY CHECK BOX IS NOT ONE TIME CONFIGURATION WE CAN SIMPLY CHANGE IT ACCORDING TO OUR REQUIRMENT (IF WE DON’T  WANT TO ALLOW USER TO MAKE TRANSACTION SIMPLY UNCHECKED THAT BOX)

 Once we will check “transaction entry”check box  “break in” and “ok button” will  get enabled and after clicking on ok button we can enter into the POS and make the transaction.
